Delta Galil is set to acquire the Passionata brand from the Chantelle Group, a renowned lingerie pioneer.
The brand will be led by Antonio Iandolo, managed by an international team in France, benefitting from Delta Galil’s support.
The transaction is expected to be finalised in January 2024, with Chantelle Group retaining licensee rights until July 2024.
