Middle East apparel imports rise despite Israel-Palestine conflict

Despite the Israel-Palestine conflict, apparel imports in the Middle East increased slightly in the first quarter of 2024, reaching $1,849.526 million, up 3.41 per cent from the same period last year.
China remained the largest supplier, with imports valued at $543.529 million.
Other significant suppliers included Bangladesh, Italy, Turkiye, and India.
